A social and fundamentals-based bowling league designed just for your littlest rollers! Strikes & Sprouts is the perfect introduction to the lanes offering one hour of guidance and games. This league is all about building basic motor skills, making new friends, and having a blast, while parents sip on complimentary brews.

Scratch Bowling League, Mixed Adults, 18+
This one is designed for those who want to bowl, earn their personal best scores and develop their skills without the silly bowling games. NEW THIS SEASON - the chance to earn some cash through skill-based side pots, tournaments and ongoing bowling challenges.
This league is straight up scratch bowling, no handicaps here, but all skill levels are welcomed to join.

A social and skill based youth bowling league in partnership with Youth Bowl Canada led by an experienced and certified Master Bowler, Tim Smith. This league is designed to develop bowling skills with a healthy dose of competitive edge, sprinkled with some optional tournaments - this is the real deal for your young bowlers, perfect for youth 5 - 19 years old.
